About the Author
 
With a background as a primary school teacher, Emma first started supporting breastfeeding families in 2007 when she became a breastfeeding counsellor with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers. Qualifying as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2011, Emma has written several books that span the breastfeeding experience. Emma lives in Muswell Hill with her family and you can find her podcast "Makes Milk with Emma Pickett" as a further companion to a breastfeeding journey.
